Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Paw Shack, we aim to provide a smooth and flexible experience while ensuring every order is handled with care.

Subscriptions (Recurring Orders)
You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
To ensure any changes apply to your next delivery, please update your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date.

Once an order has been processed, it is already being prepared for dispatch and can no longer be cancelled or amended.

One-Time Orders
If you’ve placed a one-time order, cancellations can be requested before dispatch.
After your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel.
