1. Your order will arrive in either 500g chubs
2. Orders are shipped in insulated polystyrene boxes to keep products frozen for up to 48 hours.
3. As this is a perishable item, it will be delivered via DPD or DHL. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor or in a safe place).
4. We cannot resend or refund orders if the parcel is stolen after delivery.
